Hi! My name is Kyle Crouch and I am currently in my 2nd year of teaching at Sweeny Elementary.  I teach in a self contained special education room for grades k-5.  

 

A little about me:

I graduated from Drury in 2012 with my B.S. in secondary education and history.  I am currently back at Drury working on my masters for special education.   

Outside of teaching, I enjoy finding ways to continually challenge myself and master activites, including ones that are: crafty, culinary, or athletic. Mostly this stems from silly competitions, but a lot is personal drive to see how far I can go with something.  I'm almost always running or biking and I think a lot of the competitive nature that I have comes from my endurance sports background.  

 

I believe that my competitive drive and willingess to attempt anything I can has paired well with the career I have choosen. It's not often you can start a job knowing it's a career, but I enjoy teaching and I am very glad to work for such an amazing district alongside so many great teachers and students!  Go Tigers!
