Republic R-lll School District will be closed for winter break, December 24th through January 2nd. We look forward to seeing our students back in session on Thursday, January 3rd.
The Republic School District will be closed for Winter Break on December 24-January 1. In addition, students will not attend school on Wednesday, January 2 for a teacher work day. The second semester will begin on Thursday, January 3. For families in need of childcare, Cub Care through the STRIPES 360 program will be available for kindergarten through 8th grade students on limited days throughout this break. In compliance with RSMo 115.127.5, notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the Republic R-III School District of Greene and Christian Counties of Missouri, that the Annual Election of said District will be held on Tuesday, the second day of April, 2019, beginning at six o’clock a.m., and closing at seven o’clock p.m., of said day, to vote upon school board members. Candidates for school board may file at the central office located at 518 North Hampton, Republic, Missouri. Filing will begin on December 11, 2018, at 8:00 a.m. and will continue during the district’s regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Except for the first and last day of filing, filing will not occur on days that the school district’s central office is closed due to inclement weather. Filing will also not occur on the following holidays and breaks when the school district’s central office is closed: December 24, 2018 through January 1, 2019. Filing will end on January 15, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. There are 2 positions available with three-year terms.

You can find this information under the “Update Household Data” icon. Any changes you submit will be sent to your child's building office for final approval. Having updated contact information helps us to be able to communicate with families throughout the school year, and it also helps us determine correct busing routes.
