Applications can not be processed if dated more than 30 days prior to the start of the school year.

Meal applications can also be submitted electronically by logging in to the SISK12 Parent Portal. To find this application click on "e-forms" in the far left menu and then select "optional." Click on the "Free and Reduced Meal Application" and follow the prompts.
