To provide an efficient way to distribute community and district information while also reducing the amount of paper used for such items, the district uses an online e-flyer distribution site called Peachjar.
Once per week, an email will be sent home to parents with flyers available for your child's school building. These emails are optional and can be easily opted out of if you wish to do so. The flyers can also be accessed online by using the
icon on each building webpage.
For organizations wishing to submit their flyer, please note that all information must meet district policy criteria (specifically, please refer to policy C-170-P
) and will go through an approval process before being distributed. There is a fee for this distribution which goes to Peachjar for their services. However, if your event does not require a fee, is a benefit for a charitable organization or promoting a philanthropic program you may qualify for a free posting. 3. Click on "Post a Flyer"
4. Select desired schools
Your eflyer is automatically sent to the district office for approval. If approved, it will be posted online and distributed.
