Hello!!

My name is Megan Burton and this is my second year teaching and I could not be more excited to be at Schofield, teaching Kindergarten! I graduated from Missouri State University in May 2021 with my degree in Early Childhood Education. In June 2021, I married my very best friend, Matthew, on a beautiful day here in Republic. We love spending time with family and friends, going to Silver Dollar City, and going on long walks together.

This year I am so excited to learn along with your child. Kindergarten is such a special time as your child begins their schooling and I want it to be a wonderful experience for everyone. When your child comes into the classroom, I want them to feel safe, loved and ready to learn. Together we can be a great team for your students' learning and growth.
