Welcome to 3rd Grade!

This is my 6th year of teaching third grade at Sweeny. Previous to teaching 3rd grade, I taught Early Childhood Special Education and worked in the AFS classroom at Sweeny as a paraprofessional. I graduated with my Masters in Education from Drury University in 2020. 

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with family and taking my daughter, Isla, on new adventures! Some of my favorite things include happy notes, dogs, being outside in the sunshine, and traveling. 

I am inspired to create an environment where your student is encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I see greatness in every child and believe that everyone is capable of being a leader. I'm excited to partner with you in your child's learning this year. Together, we can do amazing things!
