My name is Caitlin Pavia and this will be my 4th year in the District EBS Program. I got my undergrad degree in Special Education from Missouri State University. I've been working with special education populations since I was 15 and always knew this was where I was meant to be. I did my student teaching in the district, and was lucky enough to be hired on when I graduated. A little bit about me is that I'm married to my best friend. We had our first baby in February of 2022. Other than being parents, we love doing all things outdoors. We spend every weekend camping, hiking, or canoeing. Another fun fact about me is I like all things spooky. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I like to celebrate it all year round.
