Hello! My name is Sydney Clayton and I am thrilled to be teaching fourth grade at Lyon Elementary. I completed my student teaching here at Lyon last Spring and I am so happy to be back and in my own room this school year. I graduated from Drury University, where I earned my degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Middle East Studies. I was born and raised in Springfield, MO. Outside of teaching, I love coffee, reading, and helping kids see just how fun learning can be. I am so excited to officially join the Lyon team this year!! (:
