This is my first year with the Republic School District, for which I'm thankful and excited! I have two boys who will be two and four years old this year. I am married to Brett and we moved to the Springfield area four years ago. Before that, I called Joplin home. I love to bake and worked for a while as a pastry chef, but knew education was always where I wanted to be. However, "The Great British Baking Show" is something that I binge watch on a regular basis. I love sci-fi shows otherwise. Reading is relaxing to me, as well as going on hikes. My goal is to eventually hike the Grand Canyon. (But, we have to get the boys a bit older first!)
