Welcome to Price Elementary!  My name is Allan Brown, and I am honored to be the principal at Price.  To share some of my background,  I am a proud graduate of Republic High School (1995).  I was blessed to receive a scholarship to play basketball at Missouri Southern State University where I received my B.S. in Elementary Education.  My Master's and Specialist's degrees in Elementary Administration were achieved through Lindenwood University.  This will be my twenty-fourth school year in public education serving six years as a fifth-grade teacher and coach at Republic Schools, three years as Billings Elementary principal, and am now in my fifteenth year as an elementary principal in Republic.     

My greatest joy in life comes from my family.  My wife, Anita, has taught 29 years for Republic Schools and currently serves at Sweeny Elementary.  I have two children, Addison (12th grade, who attends Republic High School, and Adam who graduated from Republic, but is now attending Missouri Southern State University).   It is our family’s desire to serve the community through our work in public education, and we are active volunteers at Destiny Church.   I look forward to serving and forming a positive partnership with our students, families, and community for our children’s success.  Go Tigers!

Hi, Price family! I'm excited to enter my third year as Assistant Principal for Price Elementary!

Before joining the Price team in 2023, I spent ten years serving as a first and fourth grades with the Republic School District, as well as served on Schofield’s Lighthouse Team. I had the opportunity to serve as a Summer School Administrative Intern and on the District Professional Development Committee. Before becoming a Republic Tiger, I taught second and fourth grades at Fair Grove Elementary. 

Building relationships with students, families and colleagues is a priority for me! I look forward to continuing to connect with everyone in the Price community to ensure our students are learning and growing.
