Jordan Valley Health Center will be on-site at Republic High School and Republic Middle School on April 13 and Republic Intermediate School on April 16 to provide school-required vaccines to eligible students who would like them. Sports physicals will also be available on these dates. To learn more and to sign up your student, contact your school nurse (RHS, RMS, or RIS).
Immunizations will be billed to the student's insurance plan if they have coverage. Those who have Medicaid, no insurance, or insurance that does not cover vaccinations will be covered by the Vaccines for Children program. Sports physicals are considered self-pay and will be $10.00 at the time of the visit. This can be paid by cash, card or check.
