The Republic School District is proud to partner with Jordan Valley Community Health Center to offer school-based health services for students and staff.
Students can receive various health services at school:
Well-Child Checks (Monthly)
Dental Check-Up (Mobile unit, various dates for each building, fall and spring)
Vision Check-Up (various dates)
Flu Shots (fall)
Telehealth (On-site Jordan Valley Community Health Worker can organize virtual visits for students to meet with providers as needed)
8th & 11th-grade Tdap and Meningococcal Immunizations
Kindergarten Vaccine Series
Sports Physicals
For all Jordan Valley Health services, students must have a completed consent form.
