A hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., August 21, 2025, at the Administrative Office Board Room 636 N Main Ave, Republic, Missouri, at which citizens may be heard on the property tax rates proposed to be set by the Republic R-III School District. The tax rates are set to produce substantially the revenues which the budget requires for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and shows the amount of revenue needed by the current assessed valuation. The result is multiplied by 100 so the tax rate will be expressed in cents per $100 (One Hundred Dollars) valuation. All information provided herein is based on estimates and may be revised prior to August 21, 2025 as additional information becomes available.
