Randy will be honored at an upcoming Board of Education meeting and will receive $500 to be spent on the resources of his choice. He will also receive an additional paid day off.

Randy’s commitment to maintaining the district’s facilities and grounds is evident in the high standards he upholds each and every day. He ensures that our schools remain safe, welcoming, and well cared for, taking great pride in creating an environment where students and staff can thrive. His efforts often extend beyond routine responsibilities, and he regularly tackles challenges with professionalism and care.
Most recently, Randy went above and beyond by coming in on his scheduled day off to address an urgent facilities need at the intermediate school. His willingness to step up without hesitation ensured that the issue was resolved quickly and effectively, minimizing disruption and protecting the learning environment for students and staff.
Randy’s selflessness, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of our district make him an outstanding candidate for the RepMO Hero Award. He is a true asset to the district and a shining example of what it means to be a RepMO Hero.
