At the Board of Education meeting on April 16, members approved Mr. Justin Crumpley as Assistant Principal at Republic Intermediate School for the 2026-2027 school year. View the full agenda here.
Mr. Crumpley currently serves as principal at Marion C. Early Middle School and High School, where he has led building-level operations since 2020. In this role, he has overseen student discipline, staff supervision and family communication while ensuring consistent implementation of district policies and safety procedures.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Crumpley served as a teacher and coach at Marion C. Early, where he collaborated closely with school leaders on student discipline, attendance and graduation planning. He also implemented restorative practices and accountability systems to support improved student outcomes and build a strong, character-focused school culture.
Mr. Crumpley brings a strong background in building positive school culture, supporting student engagement and fostering collaboration among staff and families. He is known for his ability to build relationships, maintain high expectations and support student success through consistency, fairness and clear communication.
Mr. Crumpley holds a Master of Education from William Woods University and a bachelor’s degree from Southwest Baptist University.
