RMS is proud to recognize our outstanding Speech and Debate teacher, Jessica Champion, as this month’s RepMO Hero. She brings an upbeat personality, positivity, and a great attitude to our building each and every day, creating an environment where students feel encouraged and valued. She leads a highly effective and respected Speech and Debate program that parents consistently praise, often sharing how much they appreciate the confidence and skills their students gain. Her leadership was also instrumental in our recent building spotlight presentation, where she thoughtfully prepared our students for their speaking roles and helped them shine. Her servant leadership is evident daily, even in the lunchroom where she takes time to connect with students and support them in meaningful ways. She builds strong relationships with students, ensuring positive rapport and a sense of belonging for all. She truly goes above and beyond in everything she does, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our team.
